INSANITY!!

Alright today I write about how serious I’m getting!
There is a point in time you decide to choose to succeed or fail, I choose to succeed!
You ask how I plan to do this besides my crazy diet and work out plan now...Why not step it up a notch right!?

Oh I've decided to work out TWICE a day EVERYDAY for the next 9 weeks yes I am Insane,
Because I started INSANITY last night! Wow did I get a reality check!

I thought I was in shape like pretty dang good shape too! Nope not even close! I almost threw up the first night! just on the FIT TEST either I push myself or I’m totally weak haha
I don't have results in front of me but I did pretty good close or more than the guy in the video so that has to mean I push myself right? haha well which ever it is in 60 days I’ll be more fit then I’ve ever been and compete in 9 weeks and go to my husband’s graduation for Basic Training in 11 weeks (he'll be very excited to see me in the best shape of my life) David must be a very lucky man when we met I was 12 or 13 and beautiful long hair to my butt and just looked like I was 18 he really had a crush on me till he found out my age lol and that was as far as that went. then when he got off his mission he found my facebook he didn't know that I had cut all my hair off like Rihanna and gained probably 70 pounds since the last time I saw him haha we started dating and I lost 50 pounds before our wedding and ever since I’ve only cared more about my health and getting in (Perfect) shape for when I have babies. I am lucky too he's only gotten more amazing in time :) anyways sorry just thought I’d share how funny I think that is.

Others success makes me motivated!

HELLO! :)

Hey everyone, I am writing today about how others success makes me want to work harder and not give up on  myself!
I won't lie guys I am so tempted everyday at work they have gummie bears and chewy bars and pretty much everything you could want! Its so hard to see Dr. Pepper and not drink at least one!!!
But I've been pretty good, I haven't done much cheating besides every once in a while having some gummie bears I love candy! I have the biggest sweet tooth around : )

Anyways so I counted the weeks till my show and I'm actually 9 weeks OUT this week! thank gosh!
I thought I had less time now I really can't have any mess ups and i gotta bust ace!
I am so excited my results are showing up everyday :)
I'll post up pictures and I've decided to start doing a video weekly too!

Things are really starting to come together and David has two weeks and he's gone! :( so sad
I'll keep you updated, goodnight

Easters around the corner

Hello again,

So today I am at work, working a 10 hour shift!
crazy long but having my food ready this morning was so nice
Tuesday night I stayed up till 12:30 cooking for the next 3 days of my food and then doing laundry and doing the dishes its crazy how much you can get done when you actually are motivated..
I've been kinda of slacking and hard on myself the past week so I wasn't working out as hard wasn't really into the diet and just thinking what a pain in the butt it is to make all the food I need each day!

So I've decided to cook all my food up 5 days so its ready for the work week so its not such a stress every morning and I think that'll help me out a lot.
I ran out of Brown Rice,Spinach and my Bread :( DANG IT So I guess I have to go get more gorceries again and being at packed grocery stores bug me, but lets be honest most people are not in the healthy aisles so thats my safe place but the lines, when you're ready to check out its just insane! I kinda wish I could move to a small town again.. anyways I'm getting off subject!

so this weekend is EASTER! and most people are excited about basket of treats and bunnies! I am not seeing I don't have kids, not at home with my family.. easter is just not the same! lol
But its going to be AMAZING this year David and I just decided last night we are going to MOAB! yes its last minute but we are soo excited camping horse back riding rock climbing I'm so happy!
Plus since davids leaving soon I am really happy to get away and just be able to be with him enjoy him and really share this before he's gone for almost a year haha :) he's truly my rock and best friend so its hard to know he's leaving but it makes it easier knowing i'll be able to truly be with him not think about anyone else or anything else besides enjoying him!
I'll upload pictures and Yes I'm packing my food for the two days not only will it save us money but i'll stay on my diet and lets be honest if I want to win or even compete I need to stop being a baby and just kick ace! David and I went to the gym last night for 2 and 1/2 hours! I thought I was going to die haha I taught him all the stuff I have to do and of course David being David he pushed me to my limits which is great but sucks the next two days when your body just hurts super bad!

anyways sorry guys i'm going off and I am sure you don't care to hear a lot of this stuff.. so goodbye for now I'll be back on Tuesday again!


Also I'll upload pictures when I'm on break if I can.

Three weeks till David leaves about 7 weeks till I compete :(

Hey everyone,
Sorry Kinda fell off the face of the earth! its be tough!
I hate my diet haha
parts of it I love though I'll upload some pictures for you..
Gallon of wateer at least a day! 
Apple
Egg's 4 whites one hole
Oatmeal
Tuna and two slices of Ezekiel bread! <3 its amazing FYI :D
Broccoli or Asparagus, Sweet potatoes, Chicken (or whatever meat I choose Chicken,turkey,fish) another Favorite :)
then protein shake and almonds or peanut butter
Rice and Ground Turkey Amazing :) 
Dinner aka last meal of the day Fish and Salad (spinach)

I love everything but the egg's makes me wanna throw up! haha 
also hated the protein shake till today! :D (mixed the peanut butter with it)



Davids leaving me in THREE WEEKS :'( SO SAD! 
I am happy for him I am proud of him but I am nervous and want to spend every waking moment with him so I am sorry I probably won't write as much as i'd like to but I'll be back and posting on FB every time I do post so you'll know :D

Day 2

Hello Everyone again!


So last night I stayed up late to make dinner for David, Jen & I
I am getting Jen to start working out and eating like me too :) its going to be super helpful
I went to sleep probably 12ish and was woken up by david at 5:30 so Last night I didn't get as much sleep as I should have, I tried to go back to bed but I had work this morning and I wanted to have breakfast so I just ended up getting up! 
I had cereal for breakfast just a half cup with milk 2% I forgot I had my Silk vanilla and our 2% is going to go bad soon so it worked out well I don't like milk at all! but Silk is really good probably would have made it better the cereal I posted last night is what I had it was good it does taste healthy :)


Then I ran got ready for work and now I am on lunch break writing while I can..
I will post a Picture of my lunch when I get home but I am eating Salmon and brown rice I had about a half cup of rice and a good amount of salmon.. Can I just say it's AMAZING I put lemon pepper seasoning on it and squeezed lemon juice over top of the rice and salmon to give it a more lemon flower plus fresh lemons are just great with salmon :) I made the same thing for david and jen but David had white rice he doesn't care for brown which is fine since he is trying to build muslce :)


I brought a fruit roll up (dried real fruit) with me as a snack if I need it and a special K protein bar Strewberry they are my favorite so far I haven't tried many yet if you know of any please tell me your favorite too!


Well I'm back to working and will post up pictures of what I ate today later tonight also I will post what work outs I'll be doing I am going to the gym after work working on legs and abs today! I love it


(Just so everyone knows I can't work out before work the days I work because David works in South Salt Lake and I work in Bountiful we have one car only right now)

Okay I am back! 

So I got off work and found out My husband wanted to take me to dinner and go with our friends Kc & Kenzie to Texas road house! :) I couldn't turn that down and I know they have the best salmon around so we had dinner there
After I just worked out at home did a few work outs I found on Youtube 
I was light on my abs again because I work them out EVERYDAY! 


Then I fell asleep

Take the chance and CHANGE your life FOREVER!

Good afternoon all! :)

alright so this is the start of my journey and I figured I should just use this as my journal and share it will all of you. 


So the next few months as I prepare for what ever I end up competing in I am going to post from my morning work out, to how much water I drink, to how much sleep I am getting, the struggles I'll see and GET through. What I eat, where I shop prices,EVERYTHING :)
Pictures weekly and all sorts of fun stuff! 

Let me know how you learn or grow from what information I may give you :) 

so first off today was my first day really working out hitting the gym and eating right! 
David (husband) & I hit the gym at about 6:00am 
We had to leave from bountiful around 5:30 to get there by 6 because we go all the way to Planet Fitness! 
Its cheap and I love it. 
So I started out taking a pre-workout called XM+ It's amazing for energy and when you start working out you feel on top of the world! seriously...

So I found this website that has what you should eat and what you should work out daily etc. 
Key parts to work out of course for any competition are  
1.Shoulders
2.Buttocks/hamstrings
3.Quads
4. Abs
5.Upper Back

So today I started out with Arms, I did 10 reps of each different work out I am sorry I may not have all the names right haha I'll try and get pictures next time 

10-Alternate Hammer Curl 15 pound weights
10-Barbell Curls 20 pound weights
10- Bicep Curls - 15 pound weights
10-Alternate Incline Dumbbell Curls 15-pound weights
15-pull up Which I weigh 126 right now :)
10 reps 3X-  Over head press at 30 pounds
30-Triceps dips 

Then on to Abs 

12 minute abs @ planet fitness I do 15-30 reps not just the 12 they recommend
I was lighter on abs today and then jogged 15 minutes and biked 17 minutes :D 
Gotta love cardio :)
After my workout I take a Post workout and it's called SmartMix

Alright I am back, So grocery shopping is HORRIBLE! 
I just hate how rude some people are :/ 
But I GOT IT DONE :)

 cheese and crackers for a snack, love cottage cheese didn't look for any special type.. SILK My new favorite milk ever! chocolate flowered :) probably not the best for me but its my first time shopping for healthy stuff and I was on my own :)




Can't go wrong with spinach and Cheese for salads 

Lemons for my water and to put on salmon

 and my favorite fish ever! :)

 this was SILK vanilla till the box broke :) its expensive I had to save it!

Chicken! of course and turkey meat

turkey jerky for those random snacks and when I want STAKE :)


Okay so I have a super SWEET TOOTH! and this is dried fruit so I eat half of one of these when I want candy, Try it for yourself it works like a charm 

Never tried these, Never eat cereal but I heard from someone at the gym they are amazing and whole grain with brown sugar which is healthy compared to normal white sugar. I'll let you know how they taste

A friend from work said these were amazing for snacks I tried one before I made lunch they are not very tasty at all! :( would recommend good thing my cousin has a daughter that I am sure loves pop-tarts which is what they are sorta like..
Last my gallon :) My goal is to start drinking one a day!


This was amazing cheddar wurst,cottage cheese, 6 thin wheat and laughing cow Swiss cheese YUM! :)

Dinner for my Hubby and I :
 These are what I pretty much season everything with :) Lemon pepper, Black pepper and Garlic Salt 

So this is our AMAZING DINNER :) Cottage cheese Spinach lightly drizzled Italian dressing and chicken breast Yummmy it was!

David being a goof because I always take pictures of his plate and mine.. haha 

 okay so you have to try this Chicken cholula hot sauce and cottage cheese together! Fantastic!
